GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT
The Lessor, identified as «Plus 1 Low Group» LLC, hereby provides the vehicle specified in the contract and/or handover document to the Lessee under the terms and conditions set forth below. The Lessee agrees to these terms and conditions and accepts them as a binding agreement.

In case of failure to return the vehicle on time, the Lessee shall pay double the daily rental fee for each day of delay until the moment of signing the return handover document.
Handover and Return
The vehicle is handed over to the Lessee in generally good condition and without any apparent defects. The Lessee may record the vehicle’s condition with photographs. Any complaints or observations regarding defects must be made by the Lessee prior to accepting the vehicle.
The Lessee must return the vehicle in generally good condition along with its documents, keys, and accessories. The vehicle must be brought to the Lessor’s office at Yerevan, Arshakunyats 4, before the date and time stated in the contract.
The Lessor reserves the right to reclaim the vehicle at any time without prior notice and at the Lessee’s expense if it is used in violation of this agreement.
Damage, Loss, Theft, etc.
In the event of damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle or its parts (including fire or broken glass), the Lessee—regardless of fault—shall compensate the Lessor for all resulting losses and expenses, including but not limited to replacement or repair costs, loss of value, compensation for downtime, and lost rental income, unless covered and processed in accordance with Section 5 of this Agreement.
Loss of rental income is calculated based on the daily rental fee until the vehicle or its replacement is made available again.
The Lessee is not liable for the repair costs of parts damaged due to natural wear and tear.
In cases of gross negligence, intentional breach, or any violation of this agreement (especially failing to notify the police of accidents/theft), the Lessee may bear full material liability and penalties.
Insurance
The rented vehicle is covered by an insurance policy that compensates for personal injuries caused to pedestrians, drivers, passengers, and damage to property belonging to parties involved in a road traffic accident.
Charges and Payment Methods
The Lessee agrees to pay the rental fees according to the Lessor’s current rates effective at the time of signing. By signing this agreement, the Lessee confirms they are familiar with these rates as published on the Lessor’s official Facebook page. All payments are to be made non-cash.
Lessor’s Liability
The Lessor is only liable for damages caused to the Lessee or third parties as a result of the Lessor’s fault or gross negligence.
Usage Terms
The Lessee shall treat the vehicle with care, as a responsible owner, and shall not:
- a) Use the vehicle for transporting passengers or goods for payment.
- b) Tow or push other vehicles, trailers, or objects.
- c) Participate in races, tests, or training.
- d) Drive outside the borders of the Republic of Armenia.
When leaving the vehicle, the Lessee is fully responsible for locking the doors and windows and must not leave the documents, keys, or remote controls inside.
The Lessee/driver must comply with Armenian law, avoid driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics, and follow all traffic rules. The vehicle must not be transferred to third parties, unless registered as an additional driver in the rental agreement.
Penalties
- Loss of registration documents or keys: Penalty of 50,000 AMD, plus recovery costs.
- Traffic violations during the rental period: Solely the Lessee’s responsibility.
- Smoking in the vehicle: Penalty of 25,000 AMD.
Accidents caused by the Lessee or where fault cannot be determined:

If the insurer raises a reimbursement (subrogation) claim, the Lessee must pay the full amount within one week of notification. If court proceedings begin due to non-payment, the Lessee is liable for double the amount and all associated legal costs.
Breakdowns and Tires
In the event of breakdowns not caused by the Lessee, the Lessee must immediately notify the Lessor and arrange transportation of the vehicle to the Lessor’s designated location at their own expense.
All tire-related costs (damage, repair, refueling, replacement) are the Lessee’s responsibility.
Technical support and maintenance are provided by the Lessor on working days from 10:00–17:00, within the administrative territory of Yerevan.
On-site support fees:
- Within Yerevan: 4,000 AMD
- Outside Yerevan (up to 80 km): 10,000 AMD
- 80–160 km: 15,000 AMD
- Beyond 160 km: 25,000 AMD
Accidents and Theft
In the event of a traffic accident, the Lessee must act according to Armenian law—call the police and/or complete the Mutual Accident Declaration Form with the other driver.
For accidents caused by falling objects (e.g., trees), the Lessee must ensure police reports are filed on-site.
In case of theft, the Lessee must call the police and ensure an official report is filed.
In all accident or theft cases, the Lessee must immediately inform the insurance company and the Lessor, and submit all required documentation.
The Lessee bears full financial liability in the following cases:
- Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or psychotropics (based on official police reports).
- Leaving the accident scene or refusing a sobriety test.
- Driving without a valid license or while under license suspension (including demerit point exhaustion).
- Failing to notify the insurance company within 20 minutes of the accident.
- Providing false information to the insurer regarding the nature of the vehicle’s use (e.g., falsely reporting a taxi vehicle as personal).
The Lessee must gather information from the other party involved in the accident and collect contact details of witnesses.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes arising between the parties shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be settled by the permanent arbitration body attached to «Plus 1 Low Group» LLC.
