Here are the answers to your questions:
1) Is the 8000 AMD/day fee only for rent or does it include insurance?
The 8000 AMD/day is the base rental fee and includes basic insurance.
Basic insurance covers third-party damage if you’re at fault. However, there is a penalty fee depending on the extent of damage—usually 50,000 AMD, 100,000 AMD, etc., based on the third-party damage valuation.
For each accident caused by the fault of the Lessee or in cases where it is impossible to determine the guilty party, the Lessee shall pay a fine in the following amounts:

The fine does not cover damage to our vehicle if the accident is your fault.
If the other driver is at fault and properly identified, then our vehicle’s damage is covered.
In case the car experiences any technical or mechanical issue not caused by an accident (e.g., it doesn’t start or a part fails), and there’s no clear sign of misuse, we will come to your location and provide a replacement vehicle so your trip isn’t interrupted.
2) Working hours and weekend returns:
Our working hours are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, every day—including weekends.
You’re welcome to pick up the car later in the day after your early arrival, and weekend returns are no problem at all.
3) Documents and general rental conditions:
Valid driver’s license (Latin letters are fine—no need for international license)
Passport or ID
Minimum age: 21 years
At least 1 year of driving experience
Please note: rental is valid only within Armenia, and fuel is not included (you return the car with the same fuel level it had at pick-up).
